The J. Parker offers open seating on a first come, first served basis and does not accept traditional reservations.

In order to reserve space on the roofiop, a formally contracted event is required (see details below). The J. Parker is a family friendly space, but does become a 21+ venue Thursday through Saturday starting at 8pm.

The J. Parker provides semi-private reserved sections for groups of 10 to 60 guests, with a food and beverage minimum requirement. Carved out with ropes and stanchions, a reserved section consists of lounge seating, standing highboys and mingling space. These semi-private sections are allocated according to guest count.

You will have dedicated serving staff taking care of all of your food and beverage needs throughout the event.

Private events (buyouts) and/or Sunday through Thursday events can be booked up to 2 years out. Semi-private events for Friday & Saturday can only be booked 3 months prior to the event date.

Reserved sections are available for up to three hours, and may be extended for an additional minimum spend. A minimum of 2 hours is required for events.

Daytime events must conclude no later than 5pm or it will be considered an evening event.

Evening Event (beginning at 4:00 PM or later) Sunday - Wednesday: $90.00 per person Thursday - Saturday: $110.00 per person

Daytime Event (concluding by 5:00 PM)

Friday - Sunday: $75.00 per person

The food and beverage minimum is a contracted spend that you must reach over the course of your event. For example, if you have a party of 10 guests on a Saturday evening, your food and beverage minimum will be $1,100.00 before tax (11.75%) and service charge (23%). All food and beverage ordered for the event will go towards meeting this minimum. If you do not reach the minimum spend, you will be charged for it; if you exceed the minimum spend, you will pay the actual balance of your bill according to what has been ordered.

We require all large parties to close to one tab, and can accept up to four credit cards split evenly.

Our food is presented reception style on large platters akin to an elegant garden party. We are unable to accommodate a seated dinner at The J. Parker. Drinks are seasonal, light and breezy. You may either select a bar package suited to the nature of your event or offer a consumption bar for your guests. We are not able to offer a cash bar where guests pay separately, nor do we offer individual “wristband deals.”

The J. Parker’s outdoor Atrium space is enclosed by a fully retractable glass roof. The roof can open or close in under 90 seconds to accommodate changing weather. Your event will take place rain or shine and we will not accept cancellations due to inclement weather.

For an exclusive event at the J. Parker, you may either buyout the outdoor Atrium space (max 125 guests) or the entire roofiop (max 225 guests). Food and beverage minimums for Atrium Buyouts or Full Buyouts are dependent on the date and time frame of your event, at the discretion of the

J. Parker’s events team.
